What Should My Child Bring / Wear?
We don't have strict rules, but we do recommend the following:
• Trainers / astro turfs for indoors
• Football boots for grass
• Shin pads (if you have them for School Year R+)
• Shorts and t-shirt or football kit for indoors
• Jumper / tracksuit for outdoors sessions with rain jacket
• Water bottle
What Will My Child Learn During The Classes?
Every 2 weeks covers a new football topic — from dribbling & 1v1s, dribbling & using team mates, to dribbling & shooting.
We love dribbling as you can see! 💙 Why? Because our footballers need to learn to love the ball first, and to do so they need to get lots of touches on the ball.
Our classes always finish with a 25min match to put what we've learnt into practice.
Can I Stay & Watch?
As this is an onsite school session, usually parents are not permitted to stay and watch 🙁 Some schools may allow parents to stay, but this will need to be discussed with them directly.
However if this is something that you would like to do, our leisure time classes outside of schools allow for parents to stay and watch 🙂
What If My Child Is Nervous or Shy?
This is absolutely normal so do not worry! Our coaches are hand selected on their personality and ability to integrate all children no matter their ability or confidence.
And, if after your 3 week tasters your child needs more time, you can book another 2 weeks of tasters to give them more time to settle in. No pressure 🙂

Excellent Experience With Skillz
So we started at Skillz after trying out couple of other soccer classes and we immediately loved it. My son use to look forward for his class every weekend. The coaches were energetic and friendly. They would remain on their toes during entire class and made sure the kids remain indulged. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants their kids to excel.

Our son started with skills 18months ago. And since then we had built a great relationship with the coaches.
