At our football classes in Croydon and Sutton, our job is to help them learn to love the ball, and help them understand the basics of football in an environment where they feel free to try.
They’ll dribble. Pass. Shoot. Take players on. Lose the ball. Win it back. Score goals. Celebrate. Miss a few too.
And with hundreds of touches every session, they get plenty of chances to try again.

I’m Ashley, founder of Skillz 🙂👋
This is my son Theo.
His football journey certainly wasn't straightforward. There were shy sessions, weeks he barely joined in and even a point where we nearly stopped altogether.
Now he is part of the Superstar programme, thriving in his sessions (finally!).

What Happens In Our Football Classes for Ages 4–7?
Love the ball. Learn to play ✅
GRAB A BALL ⚽️
We start with free play for 5mins.
Get used to the ball. Express yourself.
Parents may even get involved too (and get nutmegged 😬)
LEARNING THROUGH PLAY 💭
No drills (we aren't builders 👷).
We use fun, child-focused games that keep them involved while developing real football skills.
They get 100s of touches on the ball every class!
CHALLENGE THAT GROWS WITH THEM 📈
As they get comfortable, we turn up the football challenge.
More decisions. More opportunities to try things for themselves.
And because children develop differently, our coaches adapt the challenge to the Superstar in front of them.
MATCHES + PLAYER OF THE WEEK 🏆
Small-sided matches give them the chance to dribble, pass, score, take players on and make their own decisions.
And celebrate 🥳
We even award Superstar Of The Week certificates too, celebrating effort, great football and trying new things.
Ready For A Little Competition? 🏆⚽️
Three times a year, our Year 1 & 2 Superstars can take part in our in-house tournaments.
There is a DJ playing. 90 minutes of football. And even a trophy 🎉
✅ Represent their Skillz class
✅ Play against Skillz Superstars from our other venues
✅ Experience proper match competition
✅ Put what they have been learning into practice
✅ Compete to be crowned Skillz Champions, and everyone leaves with a medal 🏆
We want them trying to win. But the trophy isn’t the only reason we do it.
Development and fun is at the heart of our tournaments 🙂
Try Our Age 4-7 Football Classes
For 2 weeks — £16 ⚽️
Two sessions. No commitment. Just a chance to see if Skillz is right for them.
They’ll meet their coaches, join in with the class and experience exactly what Superstar Football is all about.
If they love it, carry on in the same weekly class from £46–£48 per month depending on venue.
And if they don’t enjoy their taster? Let us know and we’ll refund your £16 ✅
There’s no joining fee, no cancellation fee, and if life changes, you just give us four weeks’ notice 🙂
