Your Impactful Role:
As part of our Customer Success Team you will:

Be our Football Club secretary tasks in our football club: Managing parents enquires, payments, and queries, onboarding new players, confirming fixtures with managers and opposition, placing kit orders, managing bookings of pitch spaces

Support Customer Success Manager with Skillz UK tasks: trialist onboarding through our CRM and booking system, dealing with parent queries, and other tasks,.

Support Customer Success Manager with Superstar Campz: Allocating payments, dealing with parent queries, answering phone

Marketing our programme: continuous marketing to our schools and parents to ensure our programme is fully booked
Minimum Requirements:
-
Some experience of working with customers

Some experience of carrying out administrative tasks - emails, phone calls etc

Computer literate

Able to commit 2hrs per day Mon-Fri between 9.30am-4pm (some flexibility on times of day may be possible)

A can-do attitude and possess the ability to take independent action to achieve goals set
