My own experience of kids football was hugely memorable in the end. But it didn’t start that way.
I found it un-fun, demotivating and difficult to express myself — mainly because of the type of coaching I experienced.
So when I started Skillz in 2012, I wanted to do things differently.
Give children the freedom to play. Express themselves. Make mistakes. And improve without taking the fun out of it.
After 20 years coaching children — from grassroots to Premier League academy football — Skillz is everything I believe kids coaching should be.

Our eldest boy attended Skillz with Ashley and the team on Saturdays & Mondays for 3+ years. We found Skillz to be an enjoyable and safe environment for children to play in as well as being great fun!

They’ll meet their coaches, join in with the class and experience exactly what our age specific 2-11 years football classes are all about.
If they love it, carry on in the same weekly class from £42–£48 per month depending on venue & programme.
There’s no joining fee, no cancellation fee, and if life changes, you just give us four weeks’ notice 🙂
