Customer Success Manager 


Minimum Requirements: Experience of administrative tasks, and a positive, bubbly personality that makes new and exisitng customers feel comfortable

Start Date: August 2023 for training | September 2023 official start

Contract: 25hrs per week Part Time 

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 9.30am-2.30pm

Rate of Pay: £13 per hour

We are looking for a new Customer Success Manager across our group of companies. You must have a positive & bubbly personality with an eye for detail, to help give our customers the best experience possible. 


We run over 50hrs of football per week across 13 different venues to 500 members in Croydon and Sutton, and we have a strong following of customers who we deeply care about! We strive to always keep them up to date about news relating to their child's classes, and ensure their experience with us is a positive one. As well as this we receive a high number of enquiries for our football classes and birthday parties each week, and these potential new customers need to be convinced that our programme is the right place for their child. You will help us achieve the above, working closely with our entire team 😊 As well as this, our group of companies has a football club, and a holiday camp with another loyal customer base. You will play an integral part in our success and our customers over the next 12 months




Minimum Requirements:

Please do not apply if you do not meet the following criteria:

  • Experience of working with customers

  • Experience of carrying out administrative tasks - emails, phone calls etc

  • Computer Literate

  • Able to commit 5hrs per day Mon-Fri between 9.30am-2.30pm (some flexibility on times may be possible)

  • Able to commute to our office in Croydon, CR0 0XZ daily

  • A can-do attitude and possess the ability to take independent action to achieve goals set

Main Duties, following our processes and systems:

  • Managing customers payments through our booking systems

  • Answering phones and emails in a positive and helpful manner

  • Managing our CRM system

  • Managing new customers journey 

  • Managing our booking systems and registers

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers

  • Providing exceptional support and assistance, ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of fantastic

  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering helpful solutions with a friendly and positive attitude

  • Collaborating with our team to continuously improve our services and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
