Customer Relations Representative 


Minimum Requirements: Experience of administrative tasks, and a positive, bubbly personality

Start Date: 6th June 2022 (flexible)

Contract: Part Time

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 3hrs per day (flexible)

Rate of Pay: £10 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Relations assistant to support our Customer Relations Manager. You must have a positive & bubbly personality with an eye for detail, to help give our customers the best experience possible. 


We run over 50hrs of football per week across 13 different venues to 500 members in Croydon and Sutton, and we have a strong following of customers who we deeply care about! We strive to always keep them up to date about news relating to their child's classes, and ensure their experience with us is a positive one. As well as this we receive a high number of enquiries for our football classes and birthday parties each week, and these potential new customers need to be convinced that our programme is the right place for their child. You will help us achieve the above, working closely with our entire team 😊




Minimum Requirements:

Please do not apply if you do not meet the following criteria:

  • Experience of working with customers

  • Experience of carrying out administrative tasks - emails, phone calls etc

  • Computer Literate

  • Able to commit 3hrs per day Mon-Fri

  • Able to commute to our office in Croydon, CR0 4RF from time to time

  • A positive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines

Main Duties:

  • Contacting and following up with new enquiries providing them with all of the necessary information they need to join us

  • Answering phones in a positive and helpful manner

  • Inputting data into our CRM system

  • Managing new and existing bookings

  • Keeping our Customer Relations Management and Booking System up to date

  • Customer payments 

  • Reporting to Customer Relations Managers on a weekly basis
